I began my yoga journey in 2011, after almost a decade of jiu-jitsu and MMA training started taking a toll on my body. I was seeking a way to alleviate pain, increase flexibility, and rehab old injuries.
honestly, It didn't take long for me to fall in love with yoga; not only for the way it affected my training, but I began to see the benefits in all areas of my life and wanted to share that with my fellow jiu-jitsu practitioners.
I started teaching yoga in 2015 at Team Curran MMA and have since expanded to other yoga studios in the area. i received my 200 YTT Certification in Costa Rica in 2017.
I TEACH YOGA FOCUSED ON MOBILITY AND ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUES, AND SPECIALIZE IN HANDSTANDS AND PARTNER ACRO YOGA. I TEACH CLASSES AT VARIOUS STUDIOS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND I AM ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE LESSONS AND WORKSHOPS. my training also includes certification in yin + meditation, yoga medicine labs, and functional anatomy mobility.
